Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Gordon Medical Forum Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully before signing up. If you do not agree to these terms, the Gordon Medical Forum Affiliate Program may not be the right fit for you.
Gordon Medical Forum reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time and will provide any necessary notice to the Affiliate. Any new features that enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. Continued participation of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Violation of any of the terms below can result in the termination of your Affiliate account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation. You agree to use the Affiliate Program at your own risk.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To enroll as an Affiliate, you must submit an application through our affiliate enrollment form. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 50% commission on qualifying digital purchases made by referred customers using the affiliate’s unique affiliate link(s).
3. Commission Eligibility
For a Product sale to be eligible for commission, the customer must click-through one of your unique affiliate links from your site, email, or other communications to https://gordonmedicalforum.com and complete an order for a product during that session.
We will only pay commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We will not pay commissions if someone says they purchased or someone says they entered a referral code if it was not tracked by our system. We can only pay commissions on business generated through properly formatted special links that were automatically tracked by our systems.
We reserve the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.
4. Payout Schedule
- The minimum payout threshold is $50.
- Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, on the 1st business day of each month, for the 2 months prior.
- Payments will be made via PayPal.
- If the minimum payout threshold is not met, the balance will roll over to the next payment cycle.
5A. Cookie Duration
Our tracking cookies last for 90 days. This means that if a referred customer makes a purchase within 90 days of clicking your affiliate link, the sale will be attributed to you.
5B. Customer Definition
Customers who buy products through this Program will be deemed to be our customers. Accordingly, all of Gordon Medical Forum’s rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. For example, we will determine the prices to be charged for products sold under this Program in accordance with our own pricing policies. Product prices and availability may vary from time to time. Because price changes may affect Products that you have listed on your site, you should not display product prices on your site. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but we cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular product.
All referred customers who enter into the Gordon Medical Forum website through a unique affiliate link are subject to Gordon Medical Forum’s terms of service and policies as a customer, including policies around refunds.
6. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates may promote Gordon Medical Forum using ethical and legal marketing practices.
- Affiliates shall not use misleading, fraudulent, or spammy tactics to drive traffic.
- Affiliates may not use paid ads that bid on Gordon Medical Forum’s branded terms or domain name.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Links/Graphics
Once you have signed up for the Gordon Medical Affiliate Program, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate ID. You are permitted to place links, banners, or other graphics we provide with your Affiliate ID on your site, in your emails, or in other communications. We will provide you with guidelines, link styles, and graphical artwork to use in linking to Gordon Medical Forum. We may change the design of the artwork at any time without notice, but we won’t change the dimensions of the images without proper notice.
To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and referral fee accrual, we will provide you with unique link formats to be used in all links between your site and the Gordon Medical Forum. You must ensure that each of the links between your site and Gordon Medical Forum properly utilizes such special link formats. Links to the Gordon Medical Forum placed on your site pursuant to this Agreement and which properly utilize such unique link formats are referred to as “Unique Links.” You will earn referral fees only with respect to sales on a Gordon Medical Forum product occurring directly through Unique Links; we will not be liable to you with respect to any failure by you or someone you refer to use Unique Links or incorrectly type your Affiliate ID, including to the extent that such failure may result in any reduction of amounts that would otherwise be paid to you pursuant to this Agreement.
Affiliate links should point to the page of the product being promoted.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresenting our brand.
- Using deceptive marketing practices.
- Promoting the Program on illegal, offensive, or adult-themed websites.
- Violating any intellectual property rights.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion.
10. Disclaimer
We make no guarantees regarding income potential, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program.
