your journey
Here's the scenario: you've been struggling with symptoms for months or even years, experiencing brain fog, fatigue, and autonomic nervous system dysfunction. You've tried everything, but nothing seems to work.
For many, Long COVID, mold exposure, and mast cell activation syndrome create a perfect storm, one that standard medicine consistently fails to untangle.
Mycotoxins suppress immune function, reactivate dormant viruses, and fuel the inflammation that keeps patients stuck.
MCAS adds another layer, driving multi-system symptoms that seem unrelated but share common underlying factors: immune dysregulation, inflammation, and nervous system dysfunction.
Take control of your health journey today.
Our mission for the MCAS, Mold & Long COVID Forum is to bring together leading physicians and researchers to share the latest science, clinical insights, and emerging treatment strategies so you can better understand your condition and discover new possibilities for YOUR path to recovery.

Interviews with Medicine's most innovative minds - gain exclusive access to conversations, insights, and solutions from leading pioneers in chronic illness treatment

Paul Anderson, ND
Dr. Anderson outlines a tiered, patient-tailored diagnostic approach, screening hormones, infections, and mycotoxins to guide deeper investigation.

Lyn Patrick, ND
Dr. Patrick reveals how EMFs, pesticides, BPA, and spike protein compound mold illness by systematically dismantling immune resilience.

Jill Crista, ND
Dr. Crista discusses why treating Lyme and mold simultaneously produces faster, more profound outcomes for complex chronic illness patients.

Andrew Shaw, PhD
Dr. Shaw introduces a quantitative antibody testing method that identifies Long COVID subtypes, guiding precise, targeted treatment for persistent viral illness.

Nafysa Parpia, ND
Dr. Parpia explains why mast cell activation syndrome goes far beyond allergies and drives multisystem dysfunction in complex chronic illness patients.

Eboni Cornish, MD
Dr. Cornish explores how Long COVID drives neuroinflammation, disrupts limbic function, and reactivates latent infections seen on SPECT brain imaging.

Eric Gordon, MD
Dr. Gordon shares how spike protein reactivates dormant infections, amplifies MCAS, and demands a whole-system treatment approach.

Joshua Leisk
Joshua Leisk maps out how mineral depletion and mitochondrial dysfunction fuel mold illness, MCAS, and Long COVID recovery.

Myriah Hinchey, ND
Dr. Hinchey discusses why treating Lyme and mold simultaneously produces faster, more profound outcomes for complex chronic illness patients.

Tania Dempsey, MD
Dr. Dempsey details how mast cell activation syndrome underlies Long COVID, co-infections, and why GLP-1 agonists are transforming patient outcomes.

Steven Harris, MD
Dr. Harris explains how MCAS, mold, and Long COVID complicate chronic Lyme treatment, requiring the body to be prepared first.

Joe Smith, DC
Dr. Smith explains how neurologic chiropractic retrains the brain to reduce neuroinflammation and break the cycle of Long COVID, MCAS, and mold illness.

Lauren Tessier, ND
Dr. Tessier walks through how to properly test for mold exposure, mycotoxin colonization, and hypercoagulability in patients.

John Haughton, MD, MS
Dr. Haughton details how microcirculation dysfunction, microclot formation, and shared inflammatory pathways drive persistent Long COVID symptoms and treatment strategies.

Kent Holtorf, MD
Dr. Holtorf details how bioregulators and peptides are transforming treatment outcomes for patients with CIRS, MCAS, and complex chronic illness.

Cathleen King, DPT
Dr. King discusses how nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and self-attunement create the foundation for chronic illness recovery.

Sinclair Kennally, CNHP, CNC
Sinclair Kennally examines mold's overlooked role in sinus-brain function, nervous system dysregulation, and chronic illness.

Zachary Spiritos, MD, MPH
Dr. Spiritos examines how gut barrier dysfunction drives SIBO and MCAS and why GLP-1 is changing treatment outcomes for complex patients.

Andrew Heyman, MD
Dr. Heyman explains how a unified framework of CIRS and the cell danger response guides mold illness recovery.

Ben Tammetta
Ben Tammetta covers the research behind hydrogen therapy's effects on inflammation, mitochondrial energy, and circulation.

Jason Klop
Jason Klop explains how oral fecal microbiota transplants rebuild the gut microbiome, improve immune tolerance, and support recovery from chronic illness.

Lela Altman, ND, LAc, FABNG
Dr. Altman explores how gut infections, dysbiosis, and barrier disruption drive systemic mast cell activation and cascading whole-body inflammation.

Jen Sugden, ND
Dr. Sugden explains how mold, tick-borne infections, and toxic burden drive neuroinflammation in children and why early intervention changes long term outcomes.

Jamie Kunkle, ND
Dr. Kunkel covers MCAS medications, supplements, compounding strategies, and emerging treatments including peptides, low-dose GLP-1s, and senolytics.

Gordon Crozier, DO
Dr. Crozier details how metaflammation drives Long COVID across every organ system and why peptides and exosomes are changing treatment outcomes.
