Talk highlights:

  • Helminth parasites (cysticercoids) modulate immune function by expanding T regulatory cells, promoting IL-10 anti-inflammatory signaling, and stabilizing mast cell activity in chronic conditions.
  • Over-sterilized modern environments contribute to depleted microbial diversity and rising autoimmune disease rates, creating need for therapeutic immune rebalancing approaches.
  • Clinical research on peptide protocols demonstrates complementary effects with helminth therapy through reduced inflammation, stronger mucosal barriers, and immune balance.
